    About

As an Integrative Counsellor I'll support you to explore new ways to manage your mind, emotions and build a more positive relationship with yourself. I work at the intersection of evidence-based psychology and holistic connective practices - where the deepest healing takes place. Through building self-awareness in both mind and body, it becomes possible to make more conscious choices, strengthen resilience and move forward with a greater sense of self-trust, direction, and empowerment. Alongside deep listening I will gently invite you to look at things from new angles, question old patterns, and try practical tools that support you to build genuinely healthier habits - ways of thinking and being that you can carry with you well beyond our sessions.

I am qualified to work with a wide range of mental health challenges including: depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, body image issues, disordered eating, family or relationship issues. I have worked in a range of UK mental health charities for the last 5 years.

A practical approach to lasting change:

    · A safe, non-judgemental space to be heard - slow down, build self-awareness and clarity

    · Uncover the root causes of your current challenges

    · Break patterns that no longer serve you and build habits that do

    · Work with mind and body – this is not just talking. We will use experimentation and support you to learn tools that translate into real shifts in your daily life.

    · Our work focuses on insight and practical change, helping you develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

    Therapeutic Approach

As a qualified Integrative counsellor my work is trauma-informed, founded in evidence-based psychology alongside holistic, connective practices. I take into consideration the relationship between mind, body, thoughts, emotions and a person's core self. I draw on a range of approaches and tools in order to tailor the work to your unique needs and challenges.

My training enables me to draw on the following modalities:

Person-centred Therapy Gestalt Psychosynthesis Mindfulness and Meditation Transpersonal Psychology Somatic and body-focused therapy Emotional-focused therapy Humanistic Therapies Positive Psychology Existential Therapy

This flexibility allows therapy to meet you where you are, supporting both healing and personal growth.

I believe that therapy should be both effective and accessible - from the comfort of your own space, I offer online counselling.
