Warm, qualified therapists who lead with care.
- Registered with BACP, UKCP, BPS, HCPC or NCPS (or equivalent)
- Current professional indemnity insurance
- Minimum 100 supervised client hours (trainee route available on request)
- UK-based, working with UK or international online clients

How does the 30% platform fee work?+
You set your own session fee. MySafeTherapy keeps 30% — this covers card processing, client matching, safeguarding oversight, your profile hosting, and platform support. You keep the remaining 70%.
Is this employment or self-employed?+
You remain self-employed and in charge of your own practice. There is no exclusivity — you can continue to see private clients outside MySafeTherapy.
Do I need my own insurance?+
Yes. All therapists must hold current professional indemnity and public liability insurance. We can point you towards recommended providers.
How many clients will I get?+
It depends on your availability, specialisms, languages, and how quickly you respond to matches. Most active therapists build to 15–25 sessions a week within a few months.
Do my clients get the self-help tools?+
Any client can add our self-help subscription (£14.99/month) for AI journaling, guided reflections and between-session prompts. They also receive a discount on your sessions, which helps retention.
What if I want to leave?+
You can pause or leave at any time with 30 days' notice. We will help you close out any active clients ethically.
