    About Diane

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, and it takes real courage to ask for help. Whatever has brought you here — anxiety, something painful from the past, exhaustion from work, or a relationship that no longer feels right — you do not have to carry it on your own.

I offer a calm, unhurried space where you can say the things you have not said elsewhere, without being judged for them.

    Therapeutic Approach

I work from a person-centred approach. I believe you hold the key to your own healing, and that the relationship between us is what makes that healing possible.

The core conditions matter to me and I keep them present in every session: non-judgement, congruence, respect, dignity, autonomy and empathy. I tailor our dialogue and the shape of our work to your specific needs rather than fitting you to a fixed programme.

    Areas of Focus

    Anxiety
    Trauma & PTSD
    Burnout & Work Stress
    Relationships
    Life Transitions
    Depression
    Grief & Loss
    Self-Esteem
    Addiction
    Neurodiversity

I support clients with anxiety, trauma and PTSD, burnout and work-related stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, depression, grief and loss, and self-esteem.

I also work with addiction and with neurodivergent clients who want a therapist willing to adapt the pace, structure and communication style of sessions to how they actually think.

    How I Work

Sessions are available online across the UK at £60, or in person in London at £70. I offer weekday daytime and evening appointments, plus Saturdays.

There is nothing you need to prepare. We begin wherever you are, and we move at a pace that feels manageable for you.

"It takes courage to ask for help — and that courage is already the beginning of the work."
