About Varsha
I am a multicultural and multilingual psychotherapist, person-centred and existential in my training, and I have worked with individuals of any gender since 2017.
Firstly, I am a human supporting another human — someone who, at a particular point in their life, wants to understand some changes or simply have space to reflect. That is how I meet every person who comes to me.
Therapeutic Approach
My work is person-centred: you set the direction, and I offer a steady, non-judgemental presence while you find your own way through.
The existential side of my training means we can also look at the bigger questions underneath — meaning, choice, belonging and the life you actually want to be living — whenever those feel relevant to you.
Areas of Focus
My specialism is working with domestic abuse and with expat clients — people rebuilding after harm, and people living between cultures, countries and identities.
I also support anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, questions of identity and culture, and the ordinary-but-heavy life changes that leave you needing somewhere to think out loud.
How I Work
Sessions are 50 minutes, online, at £100. I work with individuals, and I am currently accepting new clients.
I also see clients through Healix and HealthHero insurance arrangements. There is nothing to prepare before we begin — we start wherever you are.
"Whatever has changed in your life, you do not have to make sense of it on your own."
